San Francisco First-graders Attend Teacher’s Lesbian Wedding
By Ken Horn | October 13, 2008
The young students took a field trip to San Francisco City Hall for the marriage of their lesbian teacher last Friday, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. The school said the trip was academically relevant—students tossed rose petals at the couple as they left City Hall.
California votes on Proposition 8 on Nov. 4 . It would ban same-sex marriage in the state. “It’s just utterly unreasonable that a public school field trip would be to a same-sex wedding,” Chip White, press secretary for the Yes on 8 campaign, told the Chronicle. “This is overt indoctrination of children who are too young to have an understanding of its purpose.”
Indeed it is. Christian parents must be aware of what is going on in their schools and take action. It is unconscionable to expose first-graders to this … on school time, at taxpayer expense.
