Air Force Chief of Chaplains Major General Cecil R. Richardson spoke in yesterday’s chapel service at Assemblies of God Headquarters here in Springfield, Missouri yesterday. Richardson, an ordained AG minister, is a powerful speaker and has a great testimony.
