Storms Slam the South
By Ken Horn | February 8, 2008
Tornadoes ripped across several southern states on Super Tuesday, killing at least 47 and injuring hundreds.
It was an unusual, acute pattern of winter weather, unexpected by those who were hit hardest
One family of three, parents and their 11-year-old child, died in their home. One man died from his injuries when his brother couldn’t get him to a hospital on time because of debris-strewn roads.
Our hearts go out to those who are suffering.
This should also cause us to realize the uncertainty of life and the need for sinners to not put off salvation. If they wait, they may not get the chance.
“Behold, now is the day of salvation.” 2 Corinthians 6:2, NKJV
