2,231 Salvations in 2007
By Ken Horn | January 2, 2008
One of the first items in my stack this morning, as I began the first workday of 2008, was a report on the total number of salvation responses we received in 2007. And what a great way to start the year! We had almost 400 more salvation responses last year than our previous best year.
Here at Today’s Pentecostal Evangel we value eternal things above everything else. Since 1997, we have received more than 19,000 salvation responses. In 2007, we received 2,231. Praise the Lord! The staff is rejoicing over this.
All these individuals have received follow-up information on their new Christian walk and, when possible, local churches have been contacted to follow up personally with them.
This is what makes everything we do worthwhile. Though it is our goal to produce an excellent publication, our most important goal is to reach souls for Jesus Christ.
Rejoice with us in this and pray that in 2008 even more will come to know Jesus Christ through the ministry of Today’s Pentecostal Evangel.
